Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the On the Bus Since™ website (the “Site”) or placing an order. By accessing or using the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site and services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Orders & Order Fulfillment

  • All products are custom made to your specifications, including personalized cutting boards and T‑shirts.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will use the information you’ve provided solely to manufacture, package, and ship your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

  • Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in Section 6.

4. Privacy & Data Usage

  • We collect only the personal information necessary to process and fulfill your order (e.g., name, shipping address, email, phone number).

  • We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party.

  • Your information is used exclusively for order fulfillment, customer service, and transaction-related communications.

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data in compliance with applicable U.S. laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software—is owned or licensed by On the Bus Since and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  • Shipping Lead Times:

    • T‑shirts and metal wall signs: 3–5 business days

    • Cutting boards: 3–4 weeks

  • Returns/Refunds:

    • Because each item is custom made, we cannot accept returns except in the rare case of a manufacturing error on our part.

    • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@onthebussince.com for prompt resolution.

7. Disclaimers

  • Product Appearance: Due to the natural color and variations in wood, colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen or in marketing materials.

  • “As Is” Basis: All products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither On the Bus Since™ nor its officers, directors, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless On the Bus Since™ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

  • Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on this page. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes take effect. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
