At On the Bus Since™, every item we make is custom created just for you. That means we don’t keep inventory sitting in a warehouse—your product is made to order, with care and attention, once your order is placed.
Production & Shipping Times
Here’s what to expect for your custom order:
- Cutting Boards: Our boards are handcrafted, high-quality pieces that require a some time to make. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping.
- T-Shirts: Made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Once your item is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping speed depends on your location, but we always aim for safe and timely delivery.
Custom Orders = No Returns (But We’ve Got You Covered)
Because every item is custom made to your specifications, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of heart, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse. Each piece is made just for you and cannot be resold.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us deeply.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs significantly from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or a refund, depending on the issue.
